THE JOB:

As a Casino Event Specialist, you will be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From concept to completion, you'll bring energy, creativity, and precision to every casino event, whether it's a high-end slot tournament, a themed celebration, or an exclusive giveaway. By collaborating with multiple departments, managing details with care, and engaging directly with our guests, you will set the stage for memorable moments that showcase the best of Casino Marketing, Slot Marketing, and Hotel events. This role blends creativity, organization, and customer service-perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Plan and execute special events from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and flawless delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, leaders, and employees with professionalism and attention to detail
• Respond quickly and effectively to challenges, always prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses strong event planning experience
• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates 1+ years or prior relevant experience
• Enjoys helping others, building relationships, and making a good impression
