We’re hiring a friendly, motivated Cashier / Sales Representative to join our Cricket Wireless - NKB Corporate Ventures Inc team. You’ll help customers choose phones and wireless plans, process payments, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and help them find the right phone, plan, and accessories
Process sales, upgrades, activations, and payments
Answer basic questions about billing, devices, and troubleshooting
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Meet personal and team sales goals
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Friendly, customer focused attitude
Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
Comfortable using smartphones and technology
