- The Cashier plays a vital role in fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring accurate processing of transactions
- This position includes various responsibilities as directed by management
- Customer Engagement and Development
- Welcomes and interacts with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Reviews completed services and processes customer billing
- Collaborates with management and technicians to address customer inquiries
- Handles phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Operational Duties
- Maintains a clean and organized customer service area
- Adheres to operational standards and procedures
