- Greet customers warmly and create a positive shopping experience
- Operate the register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Restock merchandise, rotate donations, and support visual displays
- Assist with dressing room upkeep

What You Bring
- 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis

Compensation
- $16.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience, skills, and education
- Ongoing review of pay and benefits to remain competitive
- Full time employees may be eligible for bonus opportunities
