About Trails Pizza

Trails Pizza is a family-owned pizza restaurant at 700 Railroad Street in New Glarus, run by brothers Jon and Phil Cruse. We make our dough and sauces from scratch and serve beer and wine. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 am to 9 pm, and closed Mondays.

What you’ll do

• Answer every call quickly and politely
• Take orders, enter them in our POS and read them back
• Answer menu questions, including our gluten-free crust
• Give accurate ready times and take payments
• Help at the front counter between calls

What we’re looking for

• Available evenings and weekends
• Comfortable on the phone and with a touchscreen register
• Phone, cashier or restaurant experience is a plus
• During the dinner rush, the phones don’t stop. You’ll need to stay accurate and friendly when it’s busy.
