Job Overview:
The Kiosk Team Member (Cash Control Cashier/Dual Rate) is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all kiosk redemption, jackpot stations, and coin redemption machines throughout the facility. They must convey a consistently professional, friendly and courteous manner, with all customers and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Kiosk Team Member
- Responsible for Ticket Redemption and ATM machines throughout the property.
- Verifies all funds at the beginning and end of each shift of kiosks.
- Prepares kiosk cassettes and coin bags for fills.
- Performs fills for kiosks when necessary.
- Diagnoses problems and ensures equipment is back in use quickly or escalates to vendor when necessary.
- Escorts vendors for kiosk service.
- Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on a regular basis to maintain quality function, improve equipment life, and prevent down time on all currency and coin equipment used by the Cage.
- Assists in the training and development of fellow Kiosk Attendants.
- Maintains strict adherence to the department policies and procedures, and a strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements.
- All other duties assigned.
Cash Control Cashier
- Superior guest service skills required.
- Must be proficient in the operation of the cashier window. (Poker, Casino and Pari-Mutuel)
- Prepares hand-paid jackpots through the slot system, issues jackpots to Floor Attendants.
- Counts and organizes gaming chips to be exchanged for cash.
- Verifies all funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Responsible for accurate completion of required forms.
- Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests.
- Assists in the training and development of fellow Cashiers.
- Maintains strict adherence to the department policies and procedures, and a strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements, including preparation of currency transactions reports and suspicious activity reports to ensure compliance with Federal Regulation.
- All other duties assigned.
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Proficient in math - a skills test will be administered and candidate must achieve at least 70% skills pass rate- required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish- required
- Six (6) months of high-volume cash handling experience- preferred
- Six (6) months’ experience using or servicing high volume cash handling equipment- preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers including vendors, outside technicians, WCH Management and WCH front line staff
- Technical and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of kiosk operations, preferred
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
- Must be mature, possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, assume responsibility, work independently, and be self-motivated
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Florida Statues and remain in good standing with the Florida Gaming Control Commission as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
