The ability to provide consistently great customer service while multi-tasking extremely well is a must. A positive attitude makes all the difference for our guests.
Masks are provided to all team members and for cashiers, there is a barrier for the protection of staff.
We are hiring for part time and full time. This is a tipped position.
Benefits:
Base hourly rate is $10; total compensation with tips averages $16-18 per hour.

Requirements:
Friendly, positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Multitask well; must be able to flow easily between customer orders, phone calls, etc.
Evenings (to 10-11pm) and weekends are REQUIRED
Experience with POS systems is a plus
One year of previous cashier, server, or restaurant experience is required.
A strong candidate is someone who is friendly and communicates well with customers, team members, and managers. A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a team player. Previous experience is an advantage; ability to multitask well is a must!
Responsibilities:
Greet all customers
Answer questions and take guest and catering orders in person and by phone; upsell as appropriate
Accept and process payments
Check all outgoing orders for accuracy and presentation and bag food for customer pickup
Ensure the entire process runs smoothly and that every customer has a positive and memorable experience
Execute required side work (restocking supplies, filling juice bottles, light cleaning duties)
