Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Restock displays of all products, dry goods, liquids, and paper goods.
- Restock, rotation and organization of all products throughout the shift.
- Maintain high level of standards in cleanliness of counter area, displays, lobby area, exterior, and parking lot throughout shift to include all surfaces, floors, windows, doors, and equipment.
- Accurate completion of all customer orders and packaging of products focusing on detail to ensure customer satisfaction and proper product presentation.
- Responsible for accurately ringing in all sales transaction in POS system, practicing proper cash handling techniques and assisting manager in closing daily sales.
- Maintain friendly, energetic, and accommodating personality to promote high levels of customer satisfaction throughout shift.
- Answer phones and follow policy in regards to large orders.
- Promotes teamwork among the staff.
- Respond to guest complaints by bringing them to the attention of the General Manager to ensure a positive experience.
- Supports company vision and mission.
- Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
- Ensure timely service to the guest.
- Greets guest entering establishment with friendly attitude.
Safety and Sanitation:
- Exceed industry standards in food handling, food safety, staff safety, and ensure compliance with all health department regulations
- Practices food handling and general cleaning as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

- Demonstrated ability to think analytically and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
