Cashier & Gaming Attendant to join our team. This position is primarily for
day shift hours in a fast-paced gaming parlor environment. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth operation of both the register and gaming area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately handle cash, card, and digital transactions
- Monitor and maintain the gaming floor to ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist customers with gaming machines as needed
- Verify IDs and enforce all company policies and gaming regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Restock products and supplies as needed
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier, retail, or gaming experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently
