Cashier & Gaming Associate

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Cashier & Gaming Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer transactions, operate the cash register and lottery terminals, monitor the gaming area, and ensure compliance with all applicable gaming regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  
  
• Operate cash register, lottery terminals, and point-of-sale systems
  
  
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately
  
  
• Monitor gaming area to ensure compliance with age and behavior policies
  
  
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for gaming and lottery
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and gaming area
  
  
• Restock shelves, coolers, and gaming supplies as needed
  
  
• Report any suspicious activity or violations to management promptly
  
  
• Follow all company policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
  
  
• Prior retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
  
  
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
  
  
• Comfortable enforcing rules and policies when necessary
