About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Rocco's NY Pizzeria as a Cashier! You will be the friendly face that greets our customers, ensuring they have a delightful experience while managing transactions efficiently.



Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
  • Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Promote special offers and upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • 17 years or older.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • SNHD Food Handler's Permit is mandatory.
