Cashier / Front of House Team Member (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Mountain Mike's Pizza is currently hiring friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cashier / Front of House Team Members to join our team! We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service.
Position Details
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour + tips
AM and PM shifts available
Flexible scheduling opportunities
Tips
All tips received by employees are theirs to keep. We do not have a tip-sharing or tip-pooling system.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining room, and beverage station
Assist with food packaging and order preparation as needed
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Follow all company food safety and sanitation standards
Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills are required
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
