We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-line retail role. This position plays an important part in delivering a positive shopping experience by providing friendly service, accurate transactions, and support across the sales floor. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful, professional service throughout their visit
- Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the register
- Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with stocking, zoning, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor
- Answer customer questions and direct them to products or resources as needed
- Support price checks, product returns, and basic issue resolution with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs to the appropriate team member
- Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks such as stocking and lifting moderate items
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with sales floor operations and merchandising standards
- Experience handling transactions and balancing register drawers
