Your Role in the Front of House
- Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Work as a cashier, taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Help maintain speed, accuracy, and cleanliness during busy meal rushes
- Support Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, and Dining Room operations
- Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Follow Chick-fil-A's operational and hospitality standards
- Communicate clearly with guests and fellow Team Members
- Help deliver a positive, professional guest experience
Schedule
- Must Saturday availability
- Must work a minimum of 3 days per week
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, coachable, adaptable, and upbeat
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Able to stay professional and hospitable under pressure
- Open availability strongly preferred
