Job Summary & Responsibilities

Accurately take orders and process payments (cash, credit cards, digital payments)
Answer menu questions and make recommendations when needed
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated to the kitchen
Handle cash and balance register at the beginning and end of shifts
Assist with packaging takeout orders and coordinating with the kitchen team
Provide exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns professionally
Follow all company policies and food safety standards

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Weekend availability
Seafood Knowledge
Must be at least 18 years of age
