Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly when they enter and leave
- Deliver fast, friendly service at the front counter/drive-thru window
- Manage transactions accurately using a cash register and product scanner
- Accept payments via cash, credit, or check and provide receipts
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms
- Upsell and Suggestive sell items to increase sale total
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with Toast POS systems and cash registers beneficial
- Basic computer and Toast Pos proficiency
- Strong math skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to resolve complaints effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere
