Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Attendant to assist customers with transactions, material handling, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is honest, dependable, comfortable with basic math, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties including recording weights from the scale and preparing customer receipts
• Complete basic calculations and accurately process customer payments
• Assist customers with materials including sorting, weighing, and handling items up to 30 lbs
• Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and keep the work area clean and organized
• Assist with general yard duties and daily operations as needed

• Requirements

• Previous cashier, customer service, or similar experience preferred
• Strong basic math skills and ability to work with prices and calculations
• Honest, reliable, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Some Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
• Basic handyman or mechanical skills are a plus
• Previous experience supervising a small crew is a plus

• Work Details

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday schedule, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Overtime available
• Schedule flexibility available
