Job Summary: We are looking for temporary Cashier to support our Payment Center operations in Atlantic City. This is customer-facing role is responsible for processing gas payments and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- This is 5 days onsite role.
- Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cashier, teller, or payment-processing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a customer-facing environment, Monday Friday.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer gas payments via cash, check, and credit card.
- Accurately balance daily transactions and maintain proper records.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at the payment counter.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
- Support the Payment Center team with additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
