Compensation:
The Cash Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.
Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $25.00
Responsibilities:
Verifies, records and witnesses cash amounts turned in by associates who have responsibility for cash handling
Completes applicable documentation accurately and according to corporate policies and procedures as well as review for accuracy and proper completion of all documentation completed by others
Codes and Post transaction to Receivable accounts
Post EFT transactions
Prepares bank deposit in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintains accurate records of all banking transactions
Requirements:
High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
Minimum of 2 years clerical accounting experience or completed college level accounting courses
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to handle heavy volume or cash/check flow
Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
Reynolds/Ignite a plus
Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
