The Accounting Operations Manager oversees daily accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. This role manages a team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while driving process improvements and adherence to internal controls.
Joining CRC Group means joining a leading, independent specialty insurance organization with the scale, momentum, and entrepreneurial energy to move quickly and make meaningful impact. We are building a high-performing, growth-focused culture where talented teammates are empowered to own their work, improve how we operate, and help shape the future of the business.
This Cash Applications Manager role is a strong opportunity for a finance operations leader who wants to help shape a critical function, not simply maintain an existing process. The person in this role will lead a team through continued growth and improvement, strengthen operational discipline, and partner across Accounting Operations, Treasury, Finance, Billing, Collections, and business teams to create greater accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the organization.
In this role, the Cash Applications Manager will oversee the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of all incoming and outgoing cash activity across the organization. This includes leading daily cash application operations, supporting accounting close activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies, and partnering cross-functionally to improve cash visibility, reconciliation accuracy, and operational efficiency. For a candidate energized by building structure, solving problems, and creating scalable processes in a complex, fast-moving environment, this role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and impact.
