This is an in-person role.The hourly range for this position is 17.00-25.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesRecord and apply cash receipts daily in Accounting System related to lockbox payments and EFTs up to 500 cash receipts a day.Process and apply physical checks and credit card payments.Research transactions related to credit card processing EFTs and lockbox transactions as needed.Daily reconciliation of all payment applications.Be comfortable learning and working in multiple accounting systems.Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of solving problems and frequent communication with branches.Deliver high-quality customer service to branch teams and external customersAssist branches with payment inquiries and discrepancies.Other AR duties as assigned.Job Qualifications2 or more years experience as a Cash ApplicationsUnderstanding of basic accounting and accounts receivable principlesIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Word Excel OutlookCombination of strong attention to detail problem-solving and customer service skillsWilling to pass a post-offer drug screen background and reference checkThis position is accepting resumes ongoing.All qualified applicants with Western States Fire Protection Company will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation and gender identity national origin or status as a qualified individual with a disability or protected veteran.VEVRAA Federal ContractorAccessibility If you need help accessing this page please contact Phone 1-877-252-2168Email
