Brief Role Description:
Provide excellent customer service with varying essential tasks on a daily basis. Engaged in selling groceries.
Essential Functions:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Assist Customers in store and on phone.
- Work together with co-workers daily.
- Operate cash registers & POS system.
- Downpack food product and stock inventory daily.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts on a quarterly basis.
- Assist in the training of store personnel.
- Work with management to resolve obstacles associated with products, services, etc.
- Give and provide assistance for customers on computer and throughout store.
- General Housekeeping.
- Adhere to all safety standards/procedures.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Education: High school degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of high-volume cash handling and processing experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
