As a Legal Case Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases. This is a Temporary role that will convert to a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case
- Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution
- Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care
- Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing
- Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation
- Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files
- Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)
- Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred
- Pre-litigation experience is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
