Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to Case Managers and a Housing Specialist
Oversee caseloads to ensure timely assessments, service plans, and follow-ups
Review and approve case documentation, service plans, and housing plans for quality and compliance
Support staff in managing complex cases, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution
Monitor client progress and ensure housing placement goals are achieved
Conduct case audits and ensure compliance with agency and funder requirements (DHS, etc.)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client services and housing placement
Lead staff development, onboarding, and ongoing training
Address client concerns and uphold client-centered, trauma-informed care practices
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (required)
LMSW preferred
Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in case management
Experience in shelter systems, housing, or working with vulnerable populations (highly preferred)
Strong knowledge of housing resources, public benefits, and community services
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
