Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver top-notch services
Keep caseloads on track and ensure timely, high-quality client support
Review service plans and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance
Help staff navigate complex situations, including crisis intervention
Track client progress and drive successful housing placements
Partner with leadership and team members to improve services and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (required)
LMSW preferred
3+ years of supervisory experience in case management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in shelter or housing settings (a big plus!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
