Job Title: Case Manager - Registered Nurse
2 years of Case Manager experience required, acute care experience is required. BLS required. Prior travel experience required. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. FL/Compact nursing license required (recent Nursys must be on profile). HWL IVS to review profile and Manager to direct interview and offer.
Radius Rule 50 miles from perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED, Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission, HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here.
