Job Title: Case Manager - Registered Nurse
***FIRM START DATE*** Shift: 8HR Days 0800A to 1630P. 2+ years of Case Management experience required. RN License required, nursys must be on profile. BLS required. Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred. Will be required to float to sister campuses as needed. DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE. HWL prescreen interview, Manager final interview and offer.
Radius Rule 50 miles from facility to perm address. FLOATING REQUIRED, Travelers are first to float, possibly float to other sister campuses as well. ALL RTO must be on submission, HCF will not be approving RTO after submission. (Please load all Demographic information at time of submittal: Address, email, full DOB, full SS, RN license number.) We will NOT be able to confirm anyone without this demographic information loaded in the profile. Culture is VERY important here. Travelers are welcomed into the units and are expected to function as core staff does. Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start. No exceptions for pending docs.
