We are looking for a Case Manager to join our Tallahassee/Leon County Office. In this role, you will work directly with clients to ensure they receive the care they need to support their recovery efforts.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assessing clients, scheduling appointments, making referrals, and monitoring treatment. Connect individuals with needed and available community resources. Respect and work effectively with individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Maintains a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual-relationships, and professional stature.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social or Behavioral Sciences. At least one year of experience in case management in the juvenile justice, mental health, and/or substance use disorder field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Performs work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards. A valid State of Florida Drivers License is also required.

Salary Rate

$20.00 per hour
