Responsibilities of this position include: - Developing, monitoring and reporting on support plans
- Conducting assessments and creating progress reports
- Coordinating and facilitating support network meetings
- Traveling to local community sites to assess progress of supported individuals' personal objectives
- Training Direct Support Professionals on methods, strategies and techniques relative to supported individuals’ programs and active support

- Minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health or related field.
- Must complete the competency-based modules as dictated by the North Dakota Department of Human Services, Developmental Disabilities Division.
- Current driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
