Case Manager Pay Range: $23 - $24.50 per hour RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager working collaboratively with the Legacy Mentoring program in Pittsfield, MA. Working with families, schools, and community partners, RFKCA builds a support network that fosters skill-building and resilience. Our Legacy Mentoring program in Berkshire County supports youth ages 11-24 who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking. It offers individualized mentoring, case management, legal advocacy, and pro-social activities to help participants develop life skills and independence. Who We Seek! You are a dedicated Case Manager passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth (ages 11-24) who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking. You will work alongside a Mentor, providing individualized mentoring, case management, and legal advocacy to support participants in developing life skills, independence, and safety. With a caseload of 15-20, you’ll connect participants to stable housing, pro-social activities, and community resources. You respect and support LGBTQI+ and bicultural youth, offering trauma-informed care. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working to reduce exploitation and increase safety. The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) is a form of child abuse that constitutes any sexual activity with a minor for which something of value is given or exchanged. RFK provides voluntary mentoring services to participants that are survivors of CSEC or there are suspicions of CSEC. RFK provides specific training related to boundaries and secondary trauma to support service delivery and is searching for a Case Manager to help support participant needs withing the mentoring program.
