NRVCS is searching for our next Case Manager! You will be a part of a growing and talented team that provides services for early childhood aged children. The Case Manager provides case management services for children, adolescents and young adults identified as eligible for services due to mental health diagnosis, Autism Spectrum Disorders and/or Developmental Disabilities. Provides case management services in the home or other natural environment needed by the client to be maintained in and/or return to community living. Locates, provides and monitors community resources to support the client. Collaborates with all other service providers including therapists, school systems, primary care physicians, psychiatrists, etc. This position allows you to serve your community and help the parents along with their children. Case Manager I: Starting Hourly Rate: $16.73-Depending on Experience
Case Manager II: Starting Hourly Rate: $17.56-Depending on Experience
Case Manager III: Starting Hourly Rate: $18.44-Depending on Experience
Education/Experience Required:
Case Manager I:
High School Diploma with at least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities is required.
Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education, special education, or other related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience working with young children is preferred.
Case Manager II:
Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education, special education, or other related field is required.
At least one year of experience working with young children is preferred.
Case Manager III:
Bachelor's Degree in early childhood education, special education, or other related field is required.
At least one year of experience working with young children is required.
Registration as a QMHP-A or C is required. Must maintain QMHP status and all required trainings/CEUs.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
