Case Manager

Catholic Charities, Geauga County Office, is seeking mission driven candidates to join our team as a Self Sufficiency Case Manager in our Case Management for Self Sufficiency Program. In this role you will be responsible for providing referrals to community resources while removing barriers to self-sufficiency.

Qualified candidates will possess appropriate education, experience and knowledge of Geauga County.

Program Statement: 

Case Management for Self-Sufficiency assists clients in Geauga County who face multiple barriers to becoming self-sufficient.

Using a strengths-based approach, our program helps individuals overcome barriers by teaching life skills and providing job readiness training while linking to community resources.
