Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Case Managers to support individuals in a shelter setting. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and passionate about helping vulnerable populations achieve stability and housing goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field preferred
Prior experience as a Case Manager and/or Housing Specialist
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to start immediately
