Are you passionate about supporting women on their journey to recovery and empowerment? Two Rivers Recovery Home for Women is holding a special hiring event on Thursday, 07/30/2026 from 12:00pm-3:00pm.  We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our compassionate, impact-driven team.

Open Positions & Schedules: 

Full-Time Bachelor’s Level Case Managers Help empower residents through personalized care plans, advocacy, group sessions and direct support: 

  • Schedule Option 1: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM  
  • Schedule Option 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

Recovery Specialist Provide direct support, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and assist residents with daily living routines: 

  • Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Recovery Specialist Per Diem openings are also available:  

  • Flexible schedules available to fit your lifestyle while providing coverage and extra support for our residents. 

Payrates:

Bachelor’s Level Case Manager: $24.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.

Direct Care: $20.00/hr.

Per Diem: $18.00/hr.

Success Factors:

Ideal candidates will have previous experience running psy. educational groups, Ability to carry a caseload of 8-12 participants (meeting weekly with each client), clinical documentation and medication observation experience.
