A LITTLE ABOUT US:
At Dungarvin, we are more than a national provider of support services-we are a mission-driven organization rooted in respect, inclusion, and person-centered care. Since 1976, we have been committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with mental health, behavioral, and complex medical needs.
Dungarvin's mission is simple yet powerful: respecting and responding to the choices of people in need of supports. This mission guides everything we do-from the way we build individualized service plans to how we engage with families, teams, and communities. We believe each person deserves to direct their own life, and we work to ensure their voices are heard and honored.
With services across the country, our team members-from direct support professionals to administrative staff-share a common purpose: to empower people with disabilities to live meaningful lives, on their own terms. Through Medicaid and Community Support Waivers, we deliver flexible, high-quality services tailored to each individual's goals, values, and aspirations.
Join our Dungarvin family and help us make a lasting impact-one person, one voice, one choice at a time.
WE OFFER:
$64,300.00 annual salary plus benefit package
Make a Difference Through Leadership
At Dungarvin, leadership is about more than managing a department-it's about helping people have greater choice, independence, and opportunity.
We are seeking a Case Management Assistant Department Supervisor to help lead and strengthen our Case Management program. In this role, you'll serve as an educator, resource, mentor, and advocate while providing leadership and oversight to case management supervisors and administrative support staff.
Respecting and Responding to the Choices of People in Need of Supports.
If you are an experienced case management professional who enjoys developing others, solving problems, building relationships, and ensuring quality services, this could be the next step in your career.
What You'll Do
This is a leadership role for someone who can balance people, programs, compliance, relationships, and problem-solving while keeping the individuals we support at the center of the work.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
What Makes This Role Meaningful
You won't simply oversee processes-you'll help develop the people who help others live the lives they choose.
You'll have the opportunity to mentor leaders, strengthen services, connect people with community resources, help teams navigate challenging situations, and ensure quality supports are being delivered.
Schedule & Technology: The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility occasionally needed to accommodate individuals, families, guardians, and department needs. The position may occasionally require early morning, evening, or weekend availability and on-call support as directed. This position uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications necessary to perform the role.
Driving: This is a limited-driving position. The role does not require transporting people served or driving Dungarvin-owned or leased vehicles.
We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
