    Position Summary:

    Your Impact (Essential Duties):
    Perform accounting functions such as bank reconciliations, coding expenses, payroll and equity reconciliations, bill payments, and accounts receivable for multiple entities
    Prepare financial records for general tax preparation, 1099s, and tangible personal property returns
    Compile financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis based on client needs
    Apply basic accounting principles and methods, including cash, accrual, and GAAP
    Analyze accounting data with attention to big-picture implications and logical thinking
    Communicate project statuses and questions effectively with team members and supervisors
    Interact with clients to gain a basic understanding of their financial affairs and needs, as directed by relationship managers
    Participate in training and independent learning to enhance technical and professional knowledge
    Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple engagements
    Contribute to team efforts by supporting colleagues and taking initiative when needed
    Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership  
    Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
    Your Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience allowed)
    Understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits/credits, journal entries, and financial statements
    Proficiency in learning and using accounting software and related tools
    Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and client interactions
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Accurate mathematical and financial analysis skills
    Ability to follow procedures and deliver high-quality, reliable work
    Ability to work independently while proactively seeking support as needed to maintain efficiency and productivity
    Full-time or part-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines

    Colorado compensation range for this role is $26.45-$34.00/ per hour

    Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Discretionary incentive compensation is based on firm, group, and individual performance.
