    Salary: $125K $140K + Bonus

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a CAS Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and finance functions for multiple small-to-medium-sized business clients. This role will operate within a shared-services and advisory environment, providing clients with accurate financial reporting, analysis, accounting guidance, and process improvement recommendations.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions for multiple business clients.

    • Review monthly financial statements and perform month-over-month and actual-to-budget variance analysis.

    • Analyze financial information and provide actionable insights and decision support to clients.

    • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

    • Evaluate and implement accounting technologies, systems, integrations, and automation to improve month-end close processes.

    • Develop and document standardized accounting procedures, methodologies, and templates.

    • Lead initial client assessments, implementations, and onboarding activities.

    • Establish processes to ensure high-quality client service and timely deliverables.

    • Support business development by identifying opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and assisting with presentations and proposals.

    • Leverage technology and automation to improve internal and client-facing accounting processes.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; advanced degree is a plus.

    • CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

    • Public accounting or audit experience strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting processes, and financial analysis.

    • M&A accounting experience preferred.

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and time management skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

    • Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
