We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, increase membership sales, and develop a successful team.
Position Summary
The Car Wash Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Car Wash, ensuring outstanding service quality, strong sales results, and an engaged, productive team.
This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the car wash facility
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule wash attendants
- Increase unlimited membership sales and improve member retention
- Ensure equipment is operating properly and the facility remains clean
- Deliver efficient, high-quality wash services
- Monitor labor, chemical usage, and operating expenses
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing a car wash operation
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Sales-focused with an emphasis on membership growth
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
