Job Title: Truckload Carrier Development Analyst

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage and oversee all day-to-day carrier development and relations. Analyze and review Client networks for margin and capacity improvement.

CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Manage carrier relations.
Manage continuing quality process improvement.
Coordination of problem resolution between customers and carriers.
Truckload rate and contract negotiations
Manage against departmental metrics.
Ensure that all departmental deadlines are met to company guidelines. (including status reports.)
Lead continued quality improvement and product enhancement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience required
College degree preferred
