Chem-Dry of Buffalo is looking for a reliable, motivated Service Technician to join our

growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a high-

performing crew, this is a great opportunity.

No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field providing professional cleaning and

restoration services that make a real difference for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Cleaning & Restoration

- Carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning

- Odor removal and deodorization

- Deliver high-quality results on every job

Customer Service

- Provide a friendly, professional experience

- Answer questions and communicate clearly

- Represent the company with a positive attitude

Daily Operations

- Complete work orders, invoices, and job notes

- Collect payments

Equipment & Vehicles

- Keep trucks clean, stocked, and organized

- Perform basic maintenance on equipment

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Great customer service and communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic math and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Buffalo/Rochester area is a plus

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and chemicals

- Must use personal cell phone for job communication/navigation
