Carpenter Foreman Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule a crew of 3–15 construction carpenters daily
• Record personnel, production, and operational data on required forms/reports
• Provide hands-on assistance to crew using hand tools and equipment as needed
• Inspect work progress, equipment, and jobsite conditions to verify safety and confirm specifications are met
• Maintain strict compliance with jobsite safety protocols in a drug-free workplace
• Perform physical duties including long periods of stooping, bending, and standing
• Frequently lift materials weighing up to 70 lbs
