Brookshire Construction is seeking reliable and skilled Carpenters of all experience levels to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO areas.

Hourly Rate:
- Level I: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience
- Level II: $25.00-$35.00/hr., depending on experience
Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to read blueprints and frame houses per plan
- Assemble prefabricated/panel-built homes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer atisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience for Level I position
- 4 + years of experience for Level II position
- Strong leadership skills
- Safety and production driven
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
