Pay: $29.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Frame residential and commercial structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Build walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
- Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work independently and with a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 3+ years of rough carpentry experience
- Strong framing skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
