Overview
Madison Property Restoration is looking for an experienced Carpenter/Painter/Drywaller to join our team in Madison, WI.
We are a small company specializing primarily in residential restoration and remodeling projects. A major part of this position involves rebuilding and restoring walls and other areas of homes following water and mold damage.
The ideal candidate has hands-on residential remodeling experience, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and can effectively manage projects independently while also working well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
- Rebuild and restore walls following water and mold damage.
- Install and repair trim and cabinetry.
- Install doors and windows.
- Install insulation and drywall.
- Complete interior and exterior painting as required.
- Perform finishing and restoration work with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain high standards for workmanship and quality.
- Organize and manage assigned work independently.
- Work effectively both independently and alongside other team members.
- Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in residential remodeling.
- Experience with carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stay organized and self-manage assigned work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Good driving record.
