What Were Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience (trade-specific experience preferred) Valid drivers license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Interested in carpentry but dont have the experience yet? We offer a limited number of Construction Apprentice positions for motivated individuals who want to learn, develop their skills, and build a career in construction. If you dont yet meet the experience requirements for this position, we encourage you to apply for our apprentice position.

Employment Requirements As part of the Alyeska Builders team, employees are expected to:

Maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. Complete OSHA-10 certification before employment (company-provided if needed). Complete one company-approved continuing education course every six months (provided by the company and completed on your own time). Report any driving violations that may affect employment responsibilities.

Schedule

Full-time, year-round employment Monday-Friday Overtime and occasional Saturdays during the busy construction season
