Key Requirements:

Previous general labor experience in a new construction environment required.
Assist with site preparation, including digging, grading soil, and using tampers to create a stable, level sub-base.
Construct, assemble, and brace wood or metal forms used for concrete placement.
Rake, shovel, and distribute wet concrete evenly within forms.
Assist with concrete pours and finishing activities as needed.
Clean, oil, and maintain forms, hand tools, mixers, and power equipment.
Perform site cleanup duties, including hauling debris, removing scrap materials, and maintaining a safe work area.
Follow all company and job site safety policies and procedures.
Work effectively as part of a construction crew in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts:

Monday-Saturday 7am-4pm
