Requirements
Position Responsibilities
- Perform framing, siding, trim, window/door installation, and general residential carpentry
- Interpret construction drawings and project plans accurately
- Execute work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Identify and resolve onsite issues to keep projects moving smoothly
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential carpentry (journeyman-level preferred)
- Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
