Overview:

The Carpenter for the Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel will construct, maintain, and repair wooden fixtures, furniture, drywall, and structural elements within the property. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Assists Lead Carpenter in construction, repairs and installation of structural woodwork and other wood items.
• May perform maintenance on or operate gaming equipment.
• Executes Projects and Other Duties as Dispatched/Assigned.

Qualifications:

• Highschool graduate or vocational training equivalent
• Five years of experience in all facets of carpentry
• Must possess a valid NJ Casino Employee Registration or be eligible to obtain Credential from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
