    POSITION SUMMARY

    Entry Level Carousel Operator Position. Fill customers orders from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales pick tickets, order forms or computer screen using tools provided such as locator system or company computer system. Duties include completing order receipts, keeping records of out-going orders, and storing merchandise in specified areas, boxes and/or containers. Can process Picks, Put-aways, Cycle Counts, Adjustments, Hot Pick, and Hot Put-away

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Essential Functions Statement(s)

    • Requisition additional materials, supplies, and equipment.
    • Replenishing stock in boxes, bins and shelves as available.
    • Read orders to ascertain quantities of merchandise.
    • Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves.
    • Complete order receipts.
    • Keep records of out-going orders.
    • Operate Carousel order picking system
    • Place merchandise on conveyors leading to wrapping areas.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

    Experience: No prior experience necessary

    BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND MUST BE ABLE Computer Skills:

    TO OPERATE A COMPUTER/PC.

    Other ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO GET ORDERS Requirements: EXPEDITED IN A TIMELY MANNER WITH LITTLE OR NO ERRORS.
