As a Cargo Claims Specialist, you will support multiple Koch and external businesses by researching, investigating, preparing, and filing cargo claims. This role serves as a key advocate for customers by ensuring claims are properly documented, submitted, and pursued through resolution. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and third-party stakeholders to gather supporting documentation, determine liability, and maximize claim recovery opportunities. Success in this role requires strong investigative skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
